My application was received 10/04 by USCIS and from the USCIS website it’s saying that there is a documentation on the way. “We mailed your document for your form I-129F, receipt number WACxxxxxx. If you do not receive your document by February 23, 2022 please go to USCIS.gov”. Anyone have any clue what’s going on? I’ve heard there’s couple things I could receive approval/denial/RFE/ intent to deny. If anyone has any ideas PLEASE reply.

thank you in advance.

Well, if you have not received the document by now, you should definitely contact USCIS and see what's happening.

Filed 13 October here - 6 months later now, still waiting for NOA2

Don't want to ruin the party, but at this point it's possible NOA 2 might come in December 2022 for October 2021 Filers.

I'm a September 2021 Filer, so I hope by November 2022 I get a NOA 2.

Hello All, so I want to contact my representative about the long wait time since we already pass 240days. Does anybody have contacted their representative yet? İf you do what steps did you take?

thank you

Just reach out to their contact us page wherever you look up their contact information and say you’re asking for help inquiring about your filing. They will reach out to you if they’re competent and tell you what your next steps are.

Hello everyone!

I see all the other groups including December 2021 Filers are very active in the forum. But I don't see any comment - posts under this topic. From my understanding everyone is waiting patiently :)

Our case hit 14 Month ( we sent the documents at the end of September but received NOA1  on the 2nd of October ) and I guess USCIS will have to update the processing times on their website soon. (It's still 14 Months)

How are you all ? When do you expect to see NOA2 ? I am guessing, in January they will start processing October 2021 cases. There is still ca. 2000 cases from August and 2500 cases from September before us. And it seems they process around 500 cases in a week. So roughly it makes 9-10 weeks.

But I am hoping we will get a good Christmas present. 🤞
