Has anyone had it happen that on the acoount it says that the case status is currently unavailable and they are working to povide it soon? I am hoping this might be a good sign meaning that they are working on our application?!

sadly it seems common, lots of people saying it across months. It may just be the system is overloaded. It's not built to handle too many requests. Some people have had it works for one of them but not their fiance for instance so I don't think it's anything to read into. Sorry

Our case was approved! We recieved the NOA2 on February 8, 2023 and we recieved our NOA 1 on October 8th, 2021! I wish the best luck to every one of you. Check the my.ucis.gov website and see your case status. Make an account if you haven't already and look under the case history tab. That's where I saw it. I haven't recived an email from them yet, but I heard that takes time after case approval. It only got approved yesterday so I am not suprised I havent recived an email yet.

My congratulations to you!
And you waited your turn. We have not yet received the NOA2 notification, although it was approved a week ago. They need time to send it.

I'm very glad for you. Good luck!

I am getting frustrated, they have moved clear onto November filers. I just want to know where our group chat is at, who else is still waiting?

Lyssa,

I haven't posted on this board for some time as there is little activity as you can see with @Kiana & Katarina's scans.

IF YOU HAVEN"T RECEIVED SOMETHING (NOA2, RFE, SOMETHING) from USCIS
I strongly suggest you regularly monitor the case inquiry date and prepare to submit one the first day you can

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

(towards the bottom of the page after checking the normal processing times)

Note: If they further bump the normal case processing time you may have to wait even longer so get it done as soon as they allow you to do so.

I do see some cases still processing in September with my general scans but the week of 9/3 has basically ground to a halt (52 Cases untouched)

and a over 200 cases completely untouched cases for September ... That is right ... over 200 untouched still in September.

October does have some unopened cases still being worked on ... but the story is not good.  (see the attached graphic)

Moral of the story, if you don't hear something, be ready to submit the inquiry the first day you are permitted.

I was just sending you a compliment as you have helped this group in so many ways.

It is so unfortunate that a significant number of this group may have to file a case inquiry starting next month.
