Hold on  as we still have a ways to go

For those who don't go over to the August 2021 K1 Filers Boards, the lastest information as of Saturday there was:

Total for this month: 2275 Untouched, 688 Approvals, 321 RFESs, 14 RFERs, 325 Denials, 138 Expedites(Denied: 137 / Received: 1), 132 Withdrawals, 140 Others

July 2021 k1 board still shows quite a few also untouched as of Friday

Total for this month: 434 Untouched, 1718 Approvals, 611 RFESs, 160 RFERs, 265 Denials, 29 Expedites(Denied: 28 / Approved: 1), 130 Withdrawals, 69 Others

July 2021 k1  Board hasn't given update of totals for ~1 week

Total for this month: 185 Untouched, 2361 Approvals, 488 RFESs, 242 RFERs, 293 Denials, 20 Expedites(Denied: 19 / Approved: 1), 141 Withdrawals, 65 Others

But ~85 more were completed so there is still about 100 there too.

No activity seen in September 2021 Yet  (I don't scan September but do check casetrack occasionally to see if something new pops up)

Script is set to scan at 1am PST Saturday ... Checking the August board there is daily activity there but still > 2600 to process for August Filers ... doesn't seem they have touched hardly any in September so it will be a while before they really start doing anything for us in december

you just got to remain hopeful that they do..

Thinking of building a new script that has less intelligence but could help us see when things are happening.

My thought is to build up a database from July/August of ONLY "Case Was Received" status.

Then periodically mine for any activity and when this activity occurred.

Generally, would intend to show where counts (by date) of cases by receive date that have ANY significant change.

This would also imply that I do not count "Expedite Requests (received or denied) or remove cases which are "Withdrawn"
This way (while not an actual count of cases) it could give some indication as to where the "bubble" of action is within a received date range.

What do you guys think?

not to rain on your parade, but movement in December in the next 60 days is very unlikely (not impossible, but very unlikely!) remember: they have to first finish September, October, and November before they get to December. And they are not even halfway done with August yet.

it's good to have positivity but also be a bit realistic so that you're not disappointed when the time comes :) of course, it would be amazing if they could finish cases for the remainder of 2021, but i'm honestly not sure why this December thread has so many updates when - like i said before - they are not even halfway done with August yet! 😅 just my opinion of course.

keep up the positivity and manifest that they will get these months done :) the good news is September has a lot fewer cases than August, so completing September should be a breeze!

Good Morning.. I'm not getting ahead of myself.. just thinking positive.. no need to worry about things a person cannot control.. but I'm remaining positive

Built a new script to help us see when and how they approach our December filing bucket.

What I am showing here is a count (by week) of "Untouched" cases across all of 2021 (we of course are in December)

If I run this every few weeks, we should be able to see not only where they are processing but if it is a group around a specific date OR if it is spread out quite a bit.

I was shocked in my scans to see that there are cases as far back as Sept, 2020 that are still "untouched"  ... wow

Thank you for this.

Two parts to this post:

1) Request for feedback
2) Weekly Update (no reason to give a graph as there is basically no activity by USCIS ... yet)

In terms of feedback, Please provide feedback as to what you might want to see in the "Burndown" of previous "untouched" cases.  I am thinking a future run (in a week or more) would show three graphs, what was, what is, and what activity occurred.  This should give us some idea of approximately where the majority of the USCIS main activity is and if it is focused at all.  I personally want to have a better understanding of when things "may" occur and if they happen with any concentration on a specific date range.  It may better help me plan my travel plans to meet up with the Fiancée by not taking a trip that is less than fruitful.  It is all a swag but having some idea is better than no idea (I feel)

As for our group USCIS activity, there is nothing significant to report as expected.

This week saw 2 more applications withdrawn, and one RFE.
Basically,  as stated above, no USCIS activity in December received group (yet), but to be honest, none is expected for some time either.

Those are likely abandoned cases as I-129Fs tend to last for 2 years. I imagine anyone past April 2021 at this point in time is getting quite vocal.

Good Morning. First off i want to thank you for all the work you are doing for our group! I think it should be a weekly thing like on Fridays or Sundays..

I have been thinking Saturday (1am) or Sunday as well.  The daily updates in many of the other groups is far too often and doesn't give a sense of things ...

The other groups also post by traunches (or batches) of 500 receipt numbers ... other than saying "wow they processed 10 today" there is no other useful information in this as in are there only 11 in that traunch or are there 400

Also after a few weeks, we should have some idea of what date range they are processing.

For the short term, the "untouched cases" data as well as the quarterly service-wide all forms statictics, should give us some future planning capability.

Based on my ongoing analysis of 2022 cases, outstanding I-129F petitions account for an average of 34.28% of any given lot. So 1 in 3.

Yes, some lots contain up to 80% of outstanding I-129Fs while others may have none at all.

My data is based on 38,138 cases so far.
