do you know if there are many cases being returned to uscis? I'm so worried because I'm seeing people with this problem 😥😢

As of last count there was 10 that were sent back for review.  Of these 9 can be easily found in case tracker showing the 2023 dates.
One (later in this message) was requested to Expedite but that was denied(generally a bad idea)
Occurrence count is not high ... but unfortunately, it seems to suggest that you will have to wait for Inquiry date to get them to review it
(or maybe get a congressman involved) ....

And one more that now shows "Expedite Denial" .... Bad idea to ask for an expedite, USCIS doesn't do these generally

End of the week report ... This compares Friday 7pm PST to Wed 7pm PST

It is good to see that RFEs are being worked on ...
That said, they also make up a significant number of overall cases activity.
Lets continue to hope for better numbers

Getting close to where running a burndown report doesn't make sense anymore.

Burndown looks at unopened cases that were opened in some way .... Approval, Denal, RFE, transfered, something.

This is from Last Friday to today (friday) and is seeming to be so few numbers that it may not be work posting.

I this as we can see, over the last week, a total of only 64 cases across ALL of 2021 were opened.

Individual week counts of "unopened" cases are well below 100 per week.

If you really want to see more of this chart, please let me know or I think I might discontinue showing it

NOA1: 12/20/2021
NOA2: 03/06/2023

Today is 04/19/2023 and we still have not received our NVC case number. I made one inquiry with NVC on 04/14 and they responded 3 days later informing me that they still have not received our petition. I am hoping it delivered but just hasn't been entered in the system yet. I will continue to make inquiries every week for good measure.

Any December 2021 filers receive NVC case numbers yet?

NOA 2 : March 21, still no update on any NVC case number.

Follow the guidelines from NVC website as below. Am still waiting on mine. Good luck.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

After creating your case, we will send you instructions for processing, as well as a Welcome Letter that includes your Case Number and Invoice ID. You will use these numbers to log into our Consular Electronic Application Center

https://ceac.state.gov/

After my 2nd inquiry to NVC we got our case number and invoice ID. Our case is still at NVC though
