Based on the NVC's own "NVC Timeframes" page:
Current case creation time frame: As of 10-Apr-23, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 31-Mar-23.

The Keyword here is "Received" (apparently).
My case was approved 29 Mar 2023,
Sent AskNVC on 12 Apr and got this reply from them that as of today.
The case had not even been "Received" from USCIS and so therefore they have not started processing it.
Further (as highlighted in yellow), they are "expecting" cases to take longer to be "Received" then the normal blanket 30 day statement.
Not to worry though - If it takes a long time, the embassy "May revalidate" extend the K-1 expiration date.

I can totally relate...here is what i've been through:

 

NOA2: 02/09/2023

1st Inquiry 02/28/2023: Negative (via AskNVC: not yet received)

2nd Inquiry 03/13/2023: Negative (via AskNVC: not yet received, and told me to send copy of NOA2 notice to NVCResearch to look into)

3rd Inquiry 03/16/2023: Case Received (via NVCResearch: received, but not giving me any info)

4th Inquiry 03/17/2023:Case Number Assigned (via AskNVC: send a screenshot of NVCResearch email saying received and AskNVC replied with case number, plus Invoice ID and beneficiary ID)

 

FYI: on 03/23/2023, my fiance got an K1-FTP email from NVC regarding sending our case to the embassy. I sent the 1st inquiry to also include my (beneficiary) email for future notifications, but still....I didn't get anything, it's a frustrating government work overall

 

My advice would be keep sending public inquiry (better on an weekly basis) after waiting time passes 30 days!

Monday's report (sorry for the late posting)  This includes activity from Friday evening to Monday.
I had also asked the script to look back at all cases that reached a final state to see if there were changes
There were a few (included at the end of this report)

Unfortunately, there is little activity so it doesn't make sense to post the chart multiple times a week.

Got the RFE letter in the mail today.   4 questions.  First 3 were about three old DUIs.  They asked for the final court disposition.  I'm confused how to reply as I gave them the final court dispositions, certified by the courts with my original paperwork.  

The 4th question is concerning.  They asked who was the target of an expired protective order.   

I have a good friend that I previously had a fight with....  she filed a protective order for really no reason...but that isnt the problem.  Her last name is the same as my fiance's last name out of coincidence.     Not sure how to reply to these.

I made one inquiry with NVC on 04/14 and they responded 3 days later informing me that they still have not received our petition. I am hoping it delivered but just hasn't been entered in the system yet. I will continue to make inquiries every week for good measure. 

 

Any December 2021 filers receive NVC case numbers yet?

NVC replied to my post that I sent yesterday at 8:30am, responded 3:47 pm that case not yet received.
