On page 18, you will see the comparative scan I do from Tue to Friday ... with tools  down most scans don't work

I know some of you prefer the tranche style data so I could back annotate my data if people want ... won't be exactly the same format but would give some tranche statistics if page 18 post isn't good enough.

in short though  USCIS isn't going by date or by case range anymore so there is less and less predictability when anything happens

that's okay, was just curious if anyone had them, don't want anyone to do more work. Y'all already do so much.

My NOA1 is very far out so I'm more looking at processing speed atm although the monthly breakdowns is interesting for the reasons you've stated in your data.

Take a look at my recent posts ... I even described how the processing has seemed to go from orderly to a bit wonky recently.
As a Dec 15th, I have NO IDEA when or even if my case will be opened let alone if it is an RFE.

In the July board, as of last Friday, there were still 52 totally untouched cases (outside normal processing time)
In the August board, as of last Friday, there were still 122 totally untouched cases (outside normal processing time)
By the end of next week, there will be > 100 September cases eligible for case inquire outside normal processing time.
in the next few weeks, I expect that to grow to > 200 for September filers .... (totally sick)

Hate to say it but USCIS seems like they will need to further extend the "case processing time"  soon ... or .... I don't know what else they are able to do.

I remain hopeful that my case gets processed soon .... BUT also preparing to watch the inquiry date to submit a request the first day I am permitted.

hello all...i have been a "lurker" on this site for a year which has kept me sane. Big thanks to all the people who did/do the data counting in each of the specific months. In this case, thanks to @mw & rg k1 for doing the december scans and ahead of time...i could follow when my week was up...anyway, all this to say that we got hit by an RFE on Friday so yay for being "touched" at all by USCIS. My question is: how long until I receive the letter? I am not at the address on file but we used a lawyer so I assume they will get the RFE as well? Based on my readings on this site, the RFE is likely to be about having sent one letter of intent (USC) and not from the fiance...but all this is guesswork... can't be the seeing each other since we lived in the same country un until a year ago.

I received the letter for my request for Initial Evidence. It makes no sense. The first page lists all the info about my I-129F request. Then the second page is asking for evidence to show my I-130 form. I have never submitted an I-130 form. Not sure why they need evidence of a I-130 for a fiance visa. I can only assume this is an error request. I can't even think how to respond to this since there is no option for responding without an I-130. So stressful.

do they think you're petitioning for a child too or something? I dunno if they think there's a K2, K3 or such?

Do you have a photocopy of the I-129F you submitted?  Are you sure you correctly filled out the I-129F section below?  That RFIE seems to indicate that your I-129F was filed for K3 spouse, not K1 fiance.

I just went back and checked my application. I checked No for both questions related to myself or my fiancee having any children. So I can't imagine why they think I'm petitioning for a child.

I have box 4.a. Checked. Not box 4.b. I just checked. I'm going to end up paying an immigration lawyer for help. I have no clue what to do.

Based on my limited knowledge, it does seem that they think you're applying for K3, not K1, since K3 uses both I-130 and I-129f forms.

I did a quick search here on VJ and didn't find any thread discussing the same situation. I would suggest posting this on a separate, unique topic and see if the most experienced members here would know/have experienced some case like yours.

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.

@Rocketman50 i agree with this, but if no one knows I would send back anything they ask for and I cover letter clarifying you are applying for a fiance visa and not a k3 or any other relative visa as you are not married and don't have children (you're applying for at least) so are unable to fulfill the second portion. Hopefully they can correct things on their end then.

Keep a copy of your application + rfe + response to it so if anything goes wrong you have record. Worst case USCIS expedites cases they messed up on if you apply for it
