Hi All!

Has anyone else had different messages recently? My USCIS account has said "unknown" for the past week but the case number check has said "received" at the same time. Any thoughts? Just finding it a bit weird but also maybe secretly getting my hopes up. Note: full case number has been whited out.

Thanks all and keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!! The data has been so helpful and encouraging!

I just received an RFE today. I'm thankful my case was acted on, but now I'm so nervous about the RFE. I really thought I had my application rock solid. Waited so long for this moment and now I'm worried about what could happen. I just have to wait and hope it was some small simple thing they are asking for.

Hello, I have the same thing, it looks like there are just doing some general IT update. That would be my best guess.

yes, if you click 'case history' it should give you accurate info. Unfortunately it doesnt mean anything beyond IT troubles.

Tried on different laptops and phones. The online case number says received. But when I go on the uscis account I get the same thing as @Rocketman50

My mistake, same thing as @rileyroo, I tried on different browsers and still the same. Do other people have this? Are they doing some maintenance? Case says "received" like normal.

I'm sorry you waited so long only to be presented with an RFE. Do you have any idea what it could be about? Please keep us in the loop.

I can't think of anything. I have multiple different types of proof of meeting in the last 2 years (still in the time frame as of today), two separate letters of intent to marry, passport pictures, all required forms, etc. Nothing complicated about my application either (no divorce, no criminal history, etc). I'm just hoping it's something really small and simple.

I feel like most current people stop posting updates once they get RFEs so we never know what random reasons to expect. I'm surprised we rarely get posts for such high RFE rates in the lat few months. I'll for sure keep you updated on what they asked for.

This could be anything as simple as a forgotten question on the form, don’t worry

That report "I-129F Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)" fairly clearly shows the recent "JUMP" in case processing speed on the second chart ...

Thank you  @grumpypiggy  for finding and sharing this with the group.

I think it confirms what I had been reporting in the burndown graphs and the amazing increase in processing case count this Jan until now.
I just hope it continues

The "I-129F Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly); WAC" spreadsheet is amazing! Wow! Thanks for sharing.

Regarding the jump in RFEs issued, it coincides with the jump in processing as well. Maybe a couple of new hires finally got through training and now have started to work on cases?
