How do you even get to a real person? That auto system is evil. It just goes silent whenever I keep pushing.

Say "info pass" at the prompts.

I asked the same thing, and the USCIS agent said eventually most of the people will pass their deadline and there is nothing you need to worry about! Consular/Embassy are aware of that.

That is the correct answer.

Any concerns on the validity period stated on the approved NOA2? I remember seeing 4 months validity for the 129F approval notice. does anyone know what happens to the K1 visa process if the embassy process happens after the date shown on the 129 approval validity date.

Hi, you have the same noa 2 as mine. I think the embassy does extension in 4 months increments. Am waiting for NVC case number. Have you heard from NVC? I think NVC has issued case numbers to approved noa 2 March 17/18. Hope we get good news next week. Good luck everyone

There is hope. 75 days after NOA2 (March 8 ) and several inquiries, we got an email response from NVC inquiry with our case number and that it was in transit to the London embassy. She's got her medical booked for June 5th, but we have to wait for Ready status to book the interview.

Fridays post ...
My script didn't know how to handle a number of cases with the new "Case was sent to department of state"
I am suspecting (and will have to research further) that these might have been some of the State Returned to USCIS Cases.
More on that later

Looks like they actually dealt with a good number of RFER (request for evidence received) ...
even still, there are way too many untouched cases still.

Finally, my fiance had her interview today and she was approved! Dom Republic!

Has the CEAC status changed to "Issued"? That is the only real indication of visa approval.

Question, I am in the "Schedule Interview" stage. We finally got the Embassy letter and we made payment so we can schedule interview - however the only date it allows us to select on the embassy site is June 5, 2023, which is wayy too soon and less than 10 days after we got letter. I am hesitant to select this date because we still have to gather a few more documents + do the medical exam so I do not think we can get this done in time if we were to schedule June 5th. But i am also worried that if we pass this date then will this cause an issue? It almost seems like a glitch or error because the only date in the next 6 months in the calendar is June 5. I am thinking about contacting the embassy about this but just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them

I think uscis approved many cases and NVC has a lot to process and few employees. Not sure but that might be my guess. Just like everywhere they have short staff. Hope we get some feedback in the coming 2 weeks. Good luck everyone.

I hope they actually send them to NVC at that 90 day mark.  I am at day 79 right now.  So, close...maybe???

question folks:

Has any of you noticed a change in status when you log in to you USCIS account once the shipment to NVC occurs?

My case status shows the following. I was wondering if this would change if they send the file to NVC?
March 21, 2023 Case Was Approved
December 13, 2021 We received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e).
