Don't know of any but you are spot on. We were one of the first December filers to be approved for the I-797 on 1/29/23. We are still waiting for a case number from the NVC. Can't forward any information to the NVC without a number. Have made 4 inquiries in the last 4 weeks and they are clueless on why it has taken 60 days to get a case number from the NVC.  Hopefully this isn't a continued problem.

Burndown compares Untouched cases from last Friday to today.

The news is both good and bad. 
Notice that in November there were many, many cases in the middle of the month.
That was a huge group that had been apparently abandoned by the USCIS.
There were (and still are) way too many cases in the past still unopend.
BUT seeing that some of those were finally opened, and not just into RFEs is a good sign
