For those that were following my request for initial evidence error. It's confirmed an error. I reported it to USCIS over the phone last week. Today I received a letter from USCIS stating the request for evidence of a I-130 was indeed an error on their part.

if the K1 beneficiary has moved address (actually to a different country), where do we notify the USCIS?

Some other answers I found on vj for your reference:

 

As the sponsor, you'll be the one to receive the NOA, so no issue there. 

A case number will be generated once the case reaches NVC, so you can call them to change address. Or just wait until the K1 beneficiary fills the DS-160 to update the address. 

 

Guess it's not the USCIS you need to notify but NVC first, because they will be the one to mail documents to beneficiary. When it comes to schedule appt, you can put in new address in the DS-160 form.

They fixed it own there own. And because I replied to the RFE my status now says response to RFE received. Which happened after the letter saying to ignore the RFE request.

Loooong time reader and I've never posted before but I'm so excited I wanted to share with people that are still waiting. It WILL happen. I'm sorry if this makes anybody feel bad since I know 95% of December is untouched, but I'm really hoping it'll give people some hope. 

 

We were approved today!! The confirmation of receipt date was 12/29/21. The receipt number is in the 34000 group. The application ended up at CSC. The only thing I can say that might have helped is that we used a service to help us organize everything. They sent us a whole packet to make sure we had all of the documents completed and in order, and then we sent it to them for review and they went over the package twice. A couple supporting documents had to be added and then when they said it was acceptable they sent it to USCIS. I don't know if others have used services, but I've seen a lot of comments about how some of the applications since to be cherry-picked to keep their processing times down and I wanted to mention it in case it helps.
