OMGGGG....I saw your date is 12/23 which got approval, and mine is 12/17. So I just did a random check, and found out I also got approval on Feb 9?!!!! After 419 days of waiting...What a start of my day 💗

Good for you both. My PD is 12/9/2021, nothing new on my case. Just shows case was received. Very disappointing and makes me cry but anyway everything happens for a reason. Anyone waiting stay strong and Good luck . Congratulations to the ones that have been approved.

Normally I post total numbers when untouched cases have significantly changed from 2k to 1k or less than 1k....

Like @mw & rg k1 said, mine is a tranche style script that ONLY present activity by case number in groups of 500 (which are not just December cases), and his script is sorted by receive date and include ONLY December cases.

If you want to see total untouched cases on a daily basis...also check back for my posts. I shared a google spreadsheet link of I129 daily/weekly/monthly progress including every month's untouched cases and backlog which has been updated everyday by others.

thank you @grumpypiggy for your efforts here too ...

My posts expected tonight and looking forward to yours too

I checked the status of the case on USCIS website and it says "Request for additional evidence was sent on February 17".

What kind of additional evidence do they need?

you have to wait for the letter... it will explain

My semi-weekly update is attached below.
Remember that there is a different seed data set used and a different scan time as well as a different filtering done between this data and tranche data scanners.
The goal is to provide the best data available (as wonderful or as ugly) as it may be to help encourage those in this board and to make the best plans.

As a Dec 15th filer, I too feel your pain seeing only One (1) case worked on even with a  +/- 249 cases around mine today.
It is hard to maintain hope, but we must as that is our only course.

With that said, here are the results for today

As compared with my latest post, this is a burndown chart showing a week (Friday-Friday) count of where USCIS has seemingly opened cases that were previously untouched.
I deem untouched as "Case was Received" … "X was updated" … "Expedite (generally denied)" … etc.
If an RFE or decision is made, the case is removed from the count

As for an analysis, I am beyond any chance of logical explanation.

Case count is down this week by > 100 (10%) of untouched cases being opened this week.
There is no modality to the trends that I can see.
As for predicting when yours (or even my) case may be adjudicated, I could not even begin to guess.

If I was a betting man, (not to say I am or not) ...
I would seriously bet that the case processing time will be adjusted soon.

When does that happen?  probably at month end (Feb) or at quarter end (Mar)
https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

If you know someone September (especially Sept 18 or earlier), they better get the case inquiry in ASAP or risk a further delay.

Anyway, to the numbers:

FYI: Considering there are barely any progress (usually less than 10~) on weekends, I will skip Saturday scans in the future.
