Adding a baby to a fiancé visa that is at the consular now

Hi,

 

I just had a baby who is 2 months old. We just got the visa interview date for my husband and I figure I now need to add the baby to the case. How do I add the baby? I cannot add documents to CEAC now. What does the baby need for the visa? Should I bring certain documents to the visa interview? Does he need a medical exam like my husband? The medical exam place said yea but cannot see him unless he is listed on the case which he isn’t at this time.

Ohh I would not have guessed that 

 

Assuming the child is not a USC then the child needs to be sponsored for an Immigant visa like the parent

Also, your title says "fiance visa" but you mention CR-1, which is a spousal visa. I assume you meant spousal visa then?

I am a dual Canadian and USA citizen 

If you can't pass citizenship you'll have to file I-130 for your child. May want to delay the interview for spouse and try to expedite USCIS and NVC process for the baby.

Oh that would have been much easier. Unfortunately you have to start from scratch at uscis. The exact steps you did for your husband, starting with i130.
