Normally they don't ask for anything for PCC. Did you choose the correct format when you applied on Indian PP website? I think it's called something like immigration other than citizenship....At most places for PCC, you have to go RPO and some can be done at Seva Kendra

06/02/2020 - Filed I-130 Online

06/02/2020 - NOA1 Received

07/01/2020 - Back to U.S from India 

01/11/2021 - NOA2 Received & Petition Approved
