Saving Form I-485

I'm sure this question has been asked before. I have not had any sucess saving the form mid way and coming back later to complete it. I get a blank form and have to start over again. Is there a way to save it like a normal pdf?

Did you download it and open it with Adobe or are you filling it online with the web browser?

Download and open w/ Adobe. It says its a secured document that cannot be saved.

I just downloaded it, entered my first and last name, and saved it.  It made me save it as a different file name, so I called it "I-485_filled"  I opened the saved file and my first and last name is on the form.

 

Try again?  Save it as a different filename?

I had no trouble filling out the forms, then saving as file.

I had to go back several times to add or change information as needed.

Also, you will find a few questions in the forms that will not allow you to input via the computer. I just hand wrote them after I printed.
