Hi guys! A little bit of background. I’m a US citizen and I’m petitioning my parents to be permanent residents here. They are currently in the US legally as tourists. Today we received RFE re: I-864 that I filed in behalf of them. It was a 4 pages RFE just talking about the I-864. They did not really specified the errors but I’m guessing there’s errors on how I filled out the form and also the evidence.

My first question is, since I’m petitioning my parents separately, do I still need to fill out my father’s info on the “Family member” in Part 3, 4a if the principal immigrant is my mom? And vice versa. And also, on the number of household (I’m married with 1 baby) so it should be 5 on the total right? Since both my parents are my dependents too?

and on the evidence, I think they don’t like the transcript that you can get from social security website? They prefer the 1040?

thank you in advance!

There is only principal immigrant in each i864 related to each i130. Don't fill out the family member. Household number would be 4 on each i864.
