waiting for visa en juarez

my husband was approved 12/6 that same day  his case was updated and said ISSUED then again on 12/10 it said case last updated same thing we are still here waiting for his visa . anyone else from 12/6 or around that time get their visa  yet?

My husband had his interview on dec 6 at 9:30 and was approved about 4 hrs after that. We checked in ceac and it stated dec 6 issued. There’s another website ais that shows current status as appointment. I called and asked why and they stated that they didn’t have a tracking number but that visa was approved.. we are still sitting here waiting. It’s so frustrating. I sent a message to a girl that came in November she stated she waited about 8 days because weekends/holidays don’t count. I was told consulate was closed last wed 😰 so not sure if this is why we are waiting so long 😭

hi my husband received an email on 12/11 at 7:53 that his visa was ready for pick up but on ais it still has his appointment and on ceac it still says issued so those sites arent always updated . have you been calling? i did everyday after the second day he was approved. hoping you guys get yours soon

What number did you call? I tried one I found on ais website but they keep hanging up
