NVC Police Certificates Required

Hi! I’m trying to prepare for NVC in anticipation, and it’s my understanding that we need to submit "Police certificates” at this stage. I’d like to confirm a couple of points just to be extra sure I’m not missing anything:
1. Neither of us (petitioner+beneficiary) need to submit any US police certificates, right?
2.  I lived in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (one ACADEMIC year in each country) back in the day. I do NOT need police certificates from these places either, right?  The travel.state.gov website says: If you… “have ever lived in another country for 12 months or more”, THEN "submit a police certificate from the country where you used to live".
3. I’m a citizen of Spain, and a permanent resident of Canada, but never lived there for more than 1 year (left a couple months before that). Do I need to submit police certificate from Canada? I do not think so either, but I would like to be 100% sure.

Thanks so much for your help in advance. (Find table below from travel.state.gov website for reference):

Based on what you wrote, submit one police certificate from Spain, only.

Great. Thank you, @pushbrk.  I was hesitant as being a Permanent Resident of Canada (but I insist: never made it to a year there) I thought I'd have to perhaps submit their criminal check too.  Such a relief I don't because I was looking into it, and it's such a hassle from abroad! Anyway, I appreciate your help again :)
