All I have to write is that the pontiff lives better then most super rich people and dahamn near every rock star ever born... combined. The only difference is that most rock stars say and do crazy things because they are stoned. What's his excuse? Well, it certainly seems as if this pontiff likes to stir things up. I can't wait to read what he comes up with next.

Yes. And that's how they should feel too - if you don't honestly believe your religion is the only true one, the whole denomination will fall apart. How can you convince me to join your church if you don't seem to believe in it yourself?

Everyone in that generation had to 'deal' with the Nazi regime in some way or other. Just because Ratzinger was forced to join the Hitler Youth it doesn't mean he believed in the Nazi ideology.
