B1B2 Visitor Visa with past I-485 denial

I am currently a Canadian Permanent Resident and want to apply for a B1/B2 Visa. I used to have a denied I-485 application (married to US citizen, divorced years later) and already had a B1/B2 visa rejection 2 years ago  (in Canada) with the same category but now I am trying my luck again. I have been in Canada for 3 years with a stable job and good finance. What do you think of my chance to get approved? Thanks.

no i just came to Canada 7 months before at that time, and was a college student. Im from Vietnam.

You could have a better chance this time, but only way to know is actually applying.

Nobody here can say with absolutely certainty if a tourist visa will be approved or not. Given the denial history you have, it doesn't seem good but the only way to find out is to apply and see what their official decision is.

If they believe you used a fraudulent marriage to try to immigrate to the US - nope.
