Did you try using chat and saying Infopass appointment to get connected to a live person? this way you can chat and get your interview date and also mention this issue.  Note that interview letters take upto 10-14 days to arrive by mail, so in all possibility you might get the physical letter this week.  Also interviews tend to be 25-40 days out when scheduling, so there is zero chance you may have missed your appointment.

Hi Nkrish, that did the trick! Thanks. It was a bit difficult to get "Emma" to connect me with an agent but I was finally able to talk to someone who gave me the date and time of my appointment. I still need the physical letter which I hop will arrive this week. Today is day 11 since it was sent and I still don't have it. So we'll see.

Thank you for your help anyways :)
