I-485 Document Confusion

After a very long road two years now, we are finally married November 20, Las Vegas......

I have completed the I-485 I-864 I-131 I-765 and I-693

Here's my dilemma and confusion, we have completed the Medical exam and Vaccinations in Brazil, along with the Biometrics 

Is this all required again?

I don't want to file unnecessary forms, nor do we want the hassle of another medical exam.

We have the Xrays and vaccine records from the DR in Rio......

I would love to hear from someone who has been through the process within the last six months, as so much has changed including the forms.

You just need to send a copy of the DS-3025 (the vaccination records), so no need to send the I-693.

Include the GS-1145 to get a notification on your phone when your case is accepted.
