Hey, Everyone.

So my 90 day window opened yesterday to apply for Naturalization (3 year GC) I wont be applying until next week just incase.

I  do have a couple of questions regarding the application if anyone can help me?

- I will be applying via mail (I have applied via mail with every application) is using form G-1450 ok to use with Form N-400?

- I will be including our joint tax statements, our current lease and our joint bank account information. Is there anything else I should include?

Any information you guys could give would be great.

Thank you so much.

- I would do onine for this one as its easier to upload all the files and I read few instances before where after 1-2 months the form arrived but the check wasnt cashed, also the application is instantly delivered and in the system (in line to be reviewed) while the paper one needs to arrive and USPS these days loses bunch of mail.

- USCIS cares more about TAX transcripts as it has your both names and SS# on it and its a proof that was received by IRS and paid in full (or payment plan and that also needs to be proved to IRS)

Yes. 3 Years from 3/6/2019 will be 3/6/2022. 90 days before this date is 12/6/2021. I am married to a US Citizen.

USCIS says to wait 3 days before applying so if you send by mail by the time it arrives it will be within the time, online I would wait till Friday this week to apply.

Online is so incredibly smooth, no reason to file via mail really. I too had only filed my applications via mail before (online wasn't an option for any of the petitions when I filed), so I was going to file my N-400 via mail too. This was until I checked out the online application just to see what it looked like, omg it made things so much easier and very straight forward. I HIGHLY suggest you start filing out the online form to see what I mean. You get your receipt number straight away, your NOA1 is uploaded in your account within 1-2 business days, you don't have to worry about your application getting lost in the mail or delayed in the holiday rush etc. Very much the best way to file.

If you file via mail you're basically just giving that job to the lockbox employees instead, ie they have to scan and upload all your documents for you. Same process, but you'll have to hope that your package actually reaches them in the first place, and if it does, that it doesn't get rejected. Delayed due to the holidays etc, so many drawbacks the online filing doesn't have.

Oh I made sure I counted the days precisely lol. Thank you for your reply, though. I will be waiting a couple of days just incase.

Best thing to do is use the uscis calculator.
