Hey, Everyone.

So my 90 day window opened yesterday to apply for Naturalization (3 year GC) I wont be applying until next week just incase.

I  do have a couple of questions regarding the application if anyone can help me?

- I will be applying via mail (I have applied via mail with every application) is using form G-1450 ok to use with Form N-400?

- I will be including our joint tax statements, our current lease and our joint bank account information. Is there anything else I should include?

Any information you guys could give would be great.

Thank you so much.

My wife did not use the G1450 when she applied via mail.  I don't think it would hurt to include it.  As to what to include, review the N400 instructions, there is very little required evidence that needs to be submitted, but much that is needed to bring to the interview.  When my wife applied, she only included the required evidence, but brought everything else to the interview where the IO ignored it.

Thank you so much for your reply!

May I ask if your wife used a money order? I have everything on the list so that is good to know that I do not need anymore evidence.

We just used a personal check, but a MO should work as well.

Looking at the USCIS site, you can use the G1450 for filing the N400 by mail and pay using a credit card  (apologies, I was thinking of the G1145 form).

Good Luck!

No problem! I was thinking I should add form G-1145 because I have always used it with previous applications. Would it be ok to use this?

If applying by mail with tracking, zero reason to wait a week.

Ok my window opened yesterday, safe to send application today?

By mail yes.  But as others have posted you don’t seem to have your evidence complete.

If filing online you can never be sure when it is safe to file because USCIS has flawed software.  Nothing prevents their software from putting in a false time stamp.

Yes. 3 Years from 3/6/2019 will be 3/6/2022. 90 days before this date is 12/6/2021. I am married to a US Citizen.
