Hello all,

For starters I would like to thank everyone who previous helped me with Removing Condition on my GC and applying for my Citizenship (got approved today). This community help me a lot and I'm very grateful for all the help and information I was provided with. That saying I want to adjust status of my parents who have been undocumented in US since 2002. How do I got about it? Is there a link to a guide of how to apply for both of my parents at the same time and what documents I will need to provide for their application. All and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The process will depend on your answer to the following:

Did your parents enter the US illegally? Or did they enter with a visa or some other legal means and overstayed?

Then you can file form I-130 petition concurrently with form I-485 to adjust status for parents.

Additionally (optionally), you can also file form I-765 for your parents to get employment authorization card which can allow them to work while waiting for greencard. And for I-131 Advance parole for travel document to allow them to travel.

Remember fill separate forms for each parent.

That's awesome. Thank you for the information. Do you know where I can find a list of the documents that we will need to attach with all the forms?

On the USCIS website, each form should have instructions that go with it, the required docs will be in the instructions forms.
