DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS MY BF NEEDS TO SHOW AT THE AIRPORT WHEN HE ARRIVES IN THE USA???????? 4 DAYS AND COUNTING YEEE HAAAAA

Im sorry but we are not at that stage yet but from what i read he needs the brown envelope they gave him from the interview but im sure someone else will let you know what else. May I also suggest that you update your timeline for the statistics section of this forum :) TY

27 Feb. 2006: K1 petition sent to Nebraska Service Centre

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

I think only his Passport and K1 Visa. he then needs to turn over the "brown envelope". Oh, and he'll need to fill out an I-94 entry card on the airplane (the white one) and make sure that immigration seperates the I-94 and staples the seperated part to his passport. He needs this further down the line. This is very important.

That's all my wife had with her.

Kaydee is correct. His ID needs to be shown and he will surrender his brown envelope.

my husband had a CR-1 visa, but he needed his passport with visa, his big UNOPENED envelope, and his xrays nearby....in his carryon or something. They didn't ask for them but told him to bring them.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Passport with the majical visa in it.... That famous brown envelope..... The I-94 form that he will complete while in flight before landing..... and then after all that a big hug and kiss from you and a Yee Haaa... Congratulations on your very soon to be reunion

9/04 - 2/06

Met in Peru, Engaged, Successful I-129F, K-1 interview and Married

AOS / EAD / AP and Remove Condition

3/06/06 - AOS/EAD/AP process begins

3/31/06 - AOS/EAD/AP package Fed Ex'd to Chicago

4/03/06 - AOS/EAD/AP package signed & received

4/10/06 - NOA1's received for AOS, EAD and AP via U.S. Mail

4/11/06 - All 3 checks cashed / $745.00 poorer but worth every penny

4/27/06 - Receive Biometrics appointment letter scheduled for 5/11/06

5/11/06 - Biometrics completed

6/02/06 - Receive notice that AOS only has been transferred to California to speed things along

6/07/06 - E-mail that AOS received in California

6/13/06 - Welcome letter mailed by California... yeah baby

6/17/06 - Official welcome letter received and card will arrive within 3 weeks

6/19/06 - Card arrived in the mail.......

3/08/07 - Trip back to Peru for 10 days and our Religous Wedding

3/2007 - We're Pregnant

12/19/07 - Sebastien Joshua born 8:29am 7lbs 2oz 19.5"

3/14/08 - I-751 Removing Condition is in the mail

3/20/08 - Checked cashed

3/17/08 - I-751 Package signed and received

3/24/08 - Case moved to Vermont

4/17/08 - Biometrics completed

4/21/08 - Touched...........

6/16/08 - Touched once again........

11/3/08 - Touched again.. this is begining to feel good

I know this is supposed to be about the K-1 Visa, but as Karo112 mentioned the CR-1 visa, I hope no-one me asking something about this. Do I need to fill the I-94 form even with the CR-1 visa in my passport? Is that the other form that the airlines normally ask if you need instead of the Green I-94W Visa Waiver? I've never actually looked at it before, 'cos I've always gone to the US on an I-94W before now.

04/30/2006 - First trip back to the States since getting visa - MRIV in passport stamped!

05/09/2006 - Flew back to the UK to complete sale of apartment

05/17/2006 - Received 'Welcome to the United States' letter

05/30/2006 - Green Card arrives in mail!! - Waiting for SSN now

07/10/2006 - The big move to Ohio!!

07/11/2006 - SSN doesn't arrive in mail, Anthony applies in person

07/18/2006 - Received SSN!!

08/22/2006 - Anthony gets his Ohio drivers license - journey is finally complete!!
