DECEMBER 2021 K-1 NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY

NVC office is closed due to the weather conditions over there.

Got our case number but instead of Turkey they have us for UAE. I don't know why. Now i emailed both embassy if my case can be move from UAE to Turkey.

Current status of our case is "At NVC". We have received an email saying it will be forwarded onto our embassy. I guess at this stage there's not much else to do but wait?

This morning I received an email from the NVC stating that our case will now be forwarded to the embassy. The embassy will now proceed with the case. 
 

We will have to wait for the next instructions from the embassy.

I got the same email and case says in transit now. Our case is going to Abu Dhabi, UAE instead of Ankara, Turkey. I guess that's my fiancée destiny to have her interview in UAE.

Hi AD1, what link have you used to update email address with NVC? I’m asking because for some reason when I open the one from the top from JojoandThomas and Greenbaum it doesn’t work. Thanks in advance.

Yup Just tried mine and managed to get it to show up. Not sure if its correct parcel though haha 

Says arrival should be tomorrow by end of day

case shows ready now for us. how it go there that quick i dunno. anyone knows if we should fill out ds-160 now or wait for the email from embassy? 

 

Also what fee are we suppose to pay here. our embassy is Abu Dhabi, UAE.

I think you can start filling out the DS-160 now but someone whose more up to speed than me might be able to help better

I just checked mine and it also says ready ! 
this means that the case is at the embassy ?

This is confusing to me because the DHL tracker said it would arrive on Tuesday, which makes sense because everyone in the DR is on holiday vacation right now, and it doesn’t end until Tuesday.

Nonetheless, the message does instruct you to prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter, so best bet is to wait for instructions from the embassy.

Our case also changed to "Ready" today when it's only been "In Transit" since yesterday. Seems to be moving quickly!

I started DS-160 form (it gives you 1 month to finish it). Probably I will finish and submit it by next week. Also finished the form I-134 (so i can send it to my fiancée)
