Okay so this might be weird. I am working on my AOS and they need my DS-3025. Somehow I didnt realize earlier but my expiration date says October 31st 2020 but my medical exam date was on October 6th 2021. I am a bit scared that this typo from my panel physician will make things complicated.. or is this normal?

Thank you in advance.

Your K1 visa is valid for 6 months counted from the day of the medical and you entered this year, so your consulate had the date registered correctly.

Even though the vaccination form is a requirement, USCIS already has your medical examination documents -it was in the package you surrendered at point of entry-.

If they had an issue, you would receive an RFE and in such case, you can respond with a letter explaining the situation.
