I submitted form I-130 (standalone) online on November 24th, 2021. I got the receipt notice the same day. The notice had National Benefits Center(nbc) as the processing center. I can't find anything on the processing times for NBC on the USCIS website. 

 

Anyone have any information on this?

Did you indicate in your I-130 that the beneficiary is also applying for Adjustment of Status (AOS) in the US?  It should be on part 4, item 61 of your I-130 case snapshot.

 

NBC will not adjudicate the I-130.  It will hold then send the petition to the USCIS local field office along with the I-485 form for AOS.

No, I did not I used part 62a - 62c, which is The beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of status in
the United States, but he or she will apply for an immigrant
visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate in:

 

Then I put the information of my beneficiary's country.

In that case, it looks like USCIS made a mistake.  Call the USCIS hotline or chat with Emma online at the USCIS website.  Verify first where your I-130 is actually assigned.  If the agent says it is still at NBC, tell them that your beneficiary is not adjusting status in the US and request that the I-130 be transferred to a service center that handles petitions intended for visa processing abroad.

Ok, thank you. I tried Emma but every time she just directs me to the case status page. I'll try calling them.
