expedite request

my working permit is about to end and I have applied new one almost 200 days ago. (Also waiting for my greencard)

how do I do expedite request?

I'm in the same situation its been 8months since I send my papers for renewal. My combo card expired in Sept. 

I called uscis today and they send a expedited request it will take up to 10 business days till I will receive an answer or requests for documents.

I'm frustrated because the 120days extension will end in mid feb and that means I can lose my job.

Hi there,

 

You can either chat on Emma or call. About a month later they will ask you for proof to be faxed. Expect a long turnaround even for “expedite”. I got my card 3 months after I first expedited. I also wrote instructions on how to contact your member of congress. You will be more successful if you expedite using your member of congress (you can search on VJ or in my profile when I wrote instructions about 2 months or so ago).
