Great point about not trusting pharma and the FDA. Yet I bet many gladly take their BP meds, meds when sick etc

I am not advocating a wild conspiracy theory, but I would like to see some accountability in DC.  It is very clear that Fauci and Collins reckless bureaucratic actions are partly the cause of this current situation, but yet we still see them brought out as the "science" behind the government's response.  Just go back and read what Dr. Scott Atlas has to say about the science Fauci is following.  Btw, wasn't Fauci recommending multiple masks?  I don't see him doing that anymore, I suppose he learned more.  It is very easy to hide small things in huge bureaucracies, and my beef is when those things come out, people should be held accountable, but that does not happen to anyone in DC.  Sure we see some sound bites from these idiots going in front of Congress, but they lie with impunity and face no consequences.

Agree, there are many that want to be led around by the "elite" leaders.

There are also people who don't "follow the leaders" that still come out with the same conclusions that "the leaders" come to. Thinking contrary to mainstream thought doesn't mean you're right, it just means you're thinking contrary. You could be right, or not. There no nobility that automatically attaches to not agreeing with settled conclusions.

That summed it up eloquently.  Sometimes I agree with our  leaders and news outlets,  Sometimes I don't, but I don't google feverishly until I find some fringe website to agree with me. There are websites out there that support most any theory out there. When you have blinders on you never see what is around you.

I mostly agreed with Trump, but the times I did not the reaction was over the top. When I showed concern here over his mental state, for suggesting we investigate  the injection of disinfectant I was roasted.  Funny thing those so called free thinkers are in a cult and don't know it.

The one issue I have is that our leaders should not be lying to us supposedly for our own good.
