Oh, you still have a few months to gather more evidence. 😊

Great that you're getting ready so far in advance.

No they didn't i got approved. We got an Ref co'z we didn't submit much when first sent the documents we figured they would not mind.

My best advice i can give any who's filling, package your evidence as much as you 2 avoid Ref coz the waiting is long.

Make sure u have back statements from the day u open the account 2 date, print out each month Jan 2 Dec.Same 4 Utility bill,Insurance, Lease agreements, vacation, etc. Incase there documents u can't provide just do what we did write letter explaining 2 them why ur not able 2 provide the evidence.

Yes, I remember your case. We are sending quarterly bank statements from the moment the account was opened (we think it would be too much to send ALL of them), but I’m just thinking about that one.

We have joint utility bills, joint title and deed for our home, mortgage statements, two previous leases, joint retirement accounts, joint health/ car/ home insurance, joint renters’ insurance, flight tickets, etc all covering from the time we get married to now. Thinking of adding some more pictures (mostly selfies). We also have a note from previous landlord saying that he paid the utilities for us (he was just a nice guy!), copy of DL with same old/ new address, etc. Hope this is enough, but I think we’ll be scheduled for an interview since our AOS was waived!

We use big clips, rubber band and of those yellow folders 2 hold the documents 2 take it 2 ups .It's going 2 be huge stuck sense ur printing everything year 2 date.

I would suggest having a cover letter on each documents cause they will be going through alot of ur documents and organized documents is the key 2 quick response, approval and maybe avoiding interviews we the covid stuff u know 🤷‍♀️.

I already printed off some documents and they gave us a box at OfficeDepot. I’m thinking of keeping that box to put all the documents and then fit it into a bigger box when I mail through UPS. Yes, I already have the cover letter ready to go (although I might modify it based on what we end up sending) and I’m also planning on adding index tabs at the bottom, to help them go through my file.
I believe they might interview us, because we didn’t have an AOS interview. But who knows?

That's sounds good I would suggest taking the documents to ups yourself explaining 2 them importance of your documents.

Can tell you from experience we went ups 2 ship our documents we told the lady what the the documents we're she  said ok she looked like she didn't know what she doing.Took our documents put them in a  ripped Amazon poly mailer🙄🙄put at tape on it my husband left so pist off😄😄he didn't want 2 make a scene coz they was a bit of a line we didn't want 2 hold people up.

So eventually I ended up going back 2 a different lady in the same store who knew what she doing and I explained what happened. She apologize took my documents repackage way better sealed well plus I paid for the fast shipping so it could reach asap.

Advice make sure they package ur documents right, have them double check the address. God forbidden they loose ur stuff I don't think that's a process u want 2 redo. And about your interview it's had to tell but nothing I know for sure is there trying 2 avoid interview unless it's necessary. And ur evidence it's pretty strong that if I was the officer I would not require 2 interview guys.

The rule is that everyone adjusting status that did not go through an interview with USCIS already, will be interviewed. Some cases that were already interviewed will be chosen randomly to be interviewed again.
