60 days into RFE response

It's been 2 months since I received a rfe and submitted what they asked for online but no action from USCIS. Is this a normal time frame or they have up to 90 days to respond? Should I write them about it yet? 

 

Aso they requested birth certificate and translation again even though I can see they a copy of it uploaded to the online account. It's not really clear why?

Some people get status updates that their response was received, some don't. Did you send it with a tracking number? In that case you know that they received it and that is all they'll tell you at this point anyways. 

It's not like with a K1 or CR1 petition where often the approval follows a RFE response in a timely manner. You can still be many months away from more action.
