Evidence of Australia visa - NVC STAGE

Hi All,

 

We are at the NVC stage of the process and we submitted all the required documents on 31st October.
 

I’m a New Zealand citizen currently residing in Australia. So we requested our case to be processed here in Sydney, Australia. 
 

My query is - do I have to submit evidence of my Australia visa status to NVC ? 
 

Also, I’m aware if I upload any new document on CEAC it will put us back in the queue and will reset the clock.

Presumably your Australian visa is in your NZ passport, so you will take that to your interview in Sydney, and they can look at it if any questions about your legal residence arise.  Good luck!
