when filing forms on Question, Dont partain to us, do we leave the Squers blank or how do we mark them ???? do i need to put No ? NA ???

Hey why dont you follow the example forms?

They are so clear and makes life really easy..

I too had confusion with the forms but i started following the guides and example forms...and that make my job really easy and fast..

Well, logic dictates that if you check the 'employed as a/an' box, you wouldn't also be self employed (or retired or unemployed). In other words, choose the one applicable to your situation and leave the rest unticked, without comment.
