NVC to Embassy to Interview Help

Hello! Looking for some clarification and help on the K1 Visa Process. I am the petitioner and my fiancé lives in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

• On October 22, 2021 I received NOA2. 
• On November 9, 2021 I received an email from the NVC stating that they sent our K1 Visa petition to the U.S Embassy. ** In this email, we received our case number, but not our Invoice ID. **
• We filled out and submitted the DS-160 application.
• The next step on the US Department of State Visa Appointment Service Website is MRV Fee Payment. I am unable to pay the fee because I do not have the Invoice ID.
• On the side of the web page it says "No Appointments Available" but when I check appointment wait times for Sarajevo embassy it says 5 days. 
• When I check our case status on the CEAC website, it says "Ready."

 

1. Am I supposed to receive a letter from NVC? 
2. Can I call to get my Invoice ID number?
3. Will my fiancé be receiving a packet or letter in the mail from the embassy? 
4. When do I fill out the Affidavit of Support form? 
5. Do I just keep checking daily to see if an interview time appears? 

 

If someone can list out the specific steps I need to follow in order, I would really appreciate it.

You probably won’t receive any letters from NVC. Call them to get your invoice ID.
