The I-134 instructions mention in section II that, "The sponsor must submit in duplicate evidence of incomeand resources, as appropriate:"

Does this mean that we need to submit 2 originals of I-134 and copies all the supporting documents attached to each I-134 ?

Yes, the instructions do say that. I found that I did not need to submit in duplicate, and my sense is that most others find the same, but what you do is up to you!

i read it as one original and one copy. that's what we had. didn't seem to be a problem.
