Escalating it to congress immediately seems frivolous.

Sometimes officers are not really... how can I say it to be nice just in case they are reading me?

So it wouldn't surprise me if they denied them based on an incorrect "no show". I completely admit I am a bit of a Karen, but sometimes it pays off

The person adjudicating  was present at the interview, and KNOWS OP attended.  There is biometric evidence of OP’s presence in the building that day.

It is an error, which will likely be fixed without involving members of congress.

Exactly , his dumb mistake can really affect us or make this wait even longer . There’s proof that we were there , finger prints were taken , a picture  was taken , my husband signed the 485 form stating we had no changes or corrections . They took Two big files of evidence from me .   The no show is not  only online , it’s in their system too . I’m so over this immigration stuff 😩

Oops ! I didn’t notice it was there too . Thanks ! I called USCIS again and even speaking to a supervisor at that level didn’t help . I have to wait for the call from tier 2🤦🏽‍♀️

I highly doubt this is anything to worry about, wrong case status are fairly common. The person interviewing you or his/her supervisor is the one who will make the final decision in your case, neither of these two are going to deny your case based on "no show" as they both know you were there. The immigration officer interviewing you knows you were there for obvious reasons, and if he needs to give your case to a supervisor for final review/decision making, then that supervisor will see in the notes and documents that you guys were interviewed and read the IO's notations he made during the interview.

K-1: 12-22-2015 - 09-07-2016

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017

EAD: 01-18-2017 - 05-30-2017

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017

ROC: 04-22-2019 - 04-22-2020
Naturalization: 05-01-2020 - 03-16-2021

Hello, so I have not heard from USCIS and my status still says we didn’t show up . So I was thinking I can possibly send them a copy of the letter they handed us at the interview and see if that does anything . Any idea if I can do that and where can I send it . I’ve heard there’s a drop box at the USCIS local field office .. is it possible to do that?

You can try mailing the letter to your field office, but I'm unsure how long that would take to actually reach your interviewing officer -if it does-.

I would call again and try the best at scheduling an infopass. If unsuccessful, insist on talking to a tier 2 again.
