Hi, I am filling I-485 for AOS and I have question of the Part1 Social Security Card as attached picture.

I already submitted the SSN and still waiting the social security card to be issued and mailed to my home.
In this condition how should I answer the question No.14 and 16?
thank you

When did you submit the SS5 form?  When does your I-94 expire?

The answers to the above will determine if SSA will assign an SSN to you.  Currently, you do not have a SSN so the answer to 14 is "No".  But a SSN card may be being printed.  Contact SSA to check on the status of your request.

Thanks for quick response !

I submitted on Oct 22nd.
I-94 will be expired on Jan 4th.

I contacted to SSA and they said they accepted my case but still waiting for immigrant department or something accept and then SSA can print out my card.
but I'll try to contact to SSA again.

So the SSA has not issued a SSN to you so answer accordingly. Choose to apply for SSN via i485 and i765 both. Your three forms of request for SSN don't conflict with each other.
