my last name

Hello guys,

 

I have a question please.

6 months ago I filed i130 for my husband and I am still waiting. I just checked my last name on the Noa1 and there was space in it where it should not because my passport and my certificate of citizenship has no space in my last name, but the social security card has a space in it. 

I applied through an attorney so he filed it for us. The question is should I let the uscis know about the mistake or wait until they make a decision on the petition especially it's being under active review since more than a month?

Call the attorney and have him make the corrections to match passport and naturalization certificate

 

SS cards don't have to be exact as they use my full name to take out my taxes and SS card has abbreviated name 

 

USCIS had the numbers reversed on my husbands Birth and i wrote and corrected it   as soon as i got the receipt notice
