No.

If you are subject to the 2 years home requirement rule, the limitation does not disappear or waived because you reside in Europe or apply at the US Embassy in Paris.

You would need a waiver of the 2 years hrr.

You have to spend two years in your country of origin to satisfy the two-year requirement.

Why would applying through US embassy Paris (as opposed to US Embassy which country) make a difference?

Oh because I reside in Europe already so I should be considered a European resident

Was thinking if  objection letter guarantee the waiver later on

I would try for a non objection letter

And no guarantees

Europe is not a country. Going to a specific consulate has nothing to do with the 2-year requirement, otherwise plenty of people would game the system.

I've seen some people that country "choose" which country they do the 2-year requirement in. I don't remember how it works. But for instance, I know of someone who was born in the Middle East and immigrated to Germany young. They didn't have the citizenship of Germany, only residency, but he did his undergrad and all academic studies there. So Germany was considered his country of origin even though his citizenship was another country.
