Hi, I been here in the US for 8 months now and out of status, my husband and I has a rocky marriage because we keep arguing about things, We only filed my papers last May 24 and I received my biometrics appointment 3 weeks prior to the date. Today supposed to be my biometrics but my husband said he couldn't take me there becoz he can't leave work. But a week before my schedule he said that it will be his parents that will take me to the place since he can't. And then, 2 days before he took me with him at work just to know that he can't take me to my biometrics. I am becoming suspicious that he really wants to hold my papers becoz he keeps pending them. He is a welder and when he don't feel like working, he will not just go to work for a reason of being lazy. I don't know what to do anymore, I want my papers soon so I can get a job and do somethin besides being left alone at the house and doin nothing. I was able to work for a couple of months without papers coz I was forced to do so because we keep on fightin and he don't give me any money whenever he leaves out of town for work. I quit becoz I was afraid with my status of not having my papers at hand and my coworker keeps spreading rumors that I am messing around which is not true. He gets mad at me if I go somewhere without his knowledge, he keeps accusing me talking to guys online. Sometimes when we argue, he will say he don't really care what I do but he always question me whom I am talkin on the phone or chatting online. What do you think I can do to hurry up my papers? I just want my papers so I can help him financially and my family overseas. I feel like everyday my life is being waisted doin nothin and waiting for nothin. I am so confused. Pls give me any advice.
