Can f4 case expedite for aging out reason? Please advice me!

Hello all, can someone please guide me!!

My f4 case has been current in both Chart A and B, already dq and waiting for interview.

When I calculate cspa, they show me the following red sentence "only within 1year eligibility because our case in chart A has been over 1 year."

My biggest concern is that current in chart A has been over 1 year, so it means she is no longer under CSPA  because we have not received any interview yet.

So the question is
1. Will her age freeze under CSPA for unlimited years until the day of interview because we've already been dq?

2. Can I expedite my case with beneficiary's(my daughter)aging out reason to NVC?

3. Will they usually approve f4 visa expedite for the reason of aging out ?

If DS-260 was completed and submitted when needed she’s fine. I’d still try for interview if you can reach the embassy/nvc for interview scheduling.

Thanks!!!

So can I expedite to NVC for this aging out reason?

You are not aging out if DS260 is already processed and your cspa age was under 21 at the time. Cspa age remains frozen afyer ds260 is processed.

Thank you!! Oh I see, her age won't age out cuz our ds260 is still processing. But in the image, the red line said she is ineligible due to over 1 year. That's why I am worrying about it!

Not sure how authentic is the image, 1 year for seeking visa is 1 year to start DS260 process which you already did, not for the interview.

1.  By filing the DS-260 within one year of the PD becoming current in Chart A, your daughter has "sought to acquire" permanent residency and her CSPA age was frozen when the PD became current.  Don't worry that it is taking more than a year for an interview, your child will not age out under CSPA because she filed the DS-260 on time.

2.  You can not expedite.  Your daughter is not aging out.  Her CSPA age is frozen.

3.  No.
