Unable to complete “Outside of Normal Processing Times” inquiry form on USCIS website?

Hello,

 

We are trying to send an inquiry for our case as we are within the correct time period to do so. On the USCIS website’s inquiry form, I am unable to fill out the “Form Type” field - it doesn’t even give any options in the dropdown list. It just says “select one”. Anyone know what is going on here? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

This is almost a day old, but, check your browser settings.  Make sure you do not have popups blocked.  Try something like Chrome or Edge just to get you by (this is something I say day in and day out at work haha).  To be honest, it sounds like the popup blocker or some sort of security settings on the browser.  That is why I tend to recommend another browser or make sure yours is updated.  I hope you were able to remedy this between the posting and now!
