Hello, I am submitting passport stamps as part of my evidence included in my I-129F packet. My Nigerian passport was stamped upon arrival into Nigeria and my US passport was stamped when leaving Nigeria. Is it okay to include passport stamps from 2 different passport books? I also included the bio page of each passport next to the image of the stamped pages.

When I submitted the I-129F proof of meeting, I definitely did the same thing.  I printed my bio from my US passport and my stamps.  Then I printed her bio from her Ukrainian passport and her stamps.  And I reread what you said.  It should not be an issue.  As long as the customs dates match up with any other proof of flights, then you will be good.  We provided everything from boarding passes to passport stamps and the resort bill.  I also visited her a month before I petitioned so we had that meeting.  You will explain your time you departed/arrived so that will match up in each passport!  Blessings on your journey and stay strong!

Thank you so much for replying!

I know you said you stamped your US passport and her Ukrainian passport. However I was saying that I both my US passport and Nigerian passport contains relevant stamps. So I was wondering if that was okay to include stamped pages & the bio page of both my US passport and Nigerian passport. Hope that makes more sense!

See above.  As long as you give some sort of explanation (even a short one of dates) they will consider it more than just pictures.

I do apologize as I understood what you were explaining versus what I said.  But I understood after I said "I reread your post."  They are asking for proof.  Your two passports are proof that you traveled.  Provide any other supporting evidence of the travel you can along with dates.  I wrote a short line in the extra area that said my dates and then wrote two letters on how we met.(this was not needed, technically, but something I did.)  I would encourage you to provide dates when you explain the meeting and explain that these dates are supported by the stamps in both of your passports.

One good explanation I heard from someone here was "you are convincing a complete stranger of xyz."  The USCIS is that complete stranger on the petition side of this process.  I know it is possible and no issue with having two different passports with a stamp in each one.  You are not the first person to encounter this, and you will not be the final.  I will try to find some other supporting posts in here for it and link to your post.

Got it, this was helpful! Thank you again!

Perfectly fine.

They just need proof of you meeting in person. In this case, you were the one traveling.

Add pictures of you and your fiance/fiancee together, including places and date. Maybe some with his/her family.

You can also include receipts of your expenses while in Nigeria.

Okay perfect, thank you for responding!
