Documentarily qualified but still saying one document is missing.

Timeline

I am documentarily qualified but still  stating that a missing document and the document is there. Should I ignore it  because I am documentarily qualified or to upload it again. If someone with the same experience or know how to fix it please help. I sent the screenshots you can look at it. Need help!

Timeline

Looking at the date in August they had not recd or did not know the document for relationship was there

and later in November ,   they say "all required documents are recd and approved"   and u are dq'd 

so,   relax ,,   all is done
