I haven't emailed them, I want to hear good news, not some bad news they'd email me back with :blush:

2006/11/29 : I-129F Sent

2006/12/12: I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

2007/02/22: I-129F NOA2 (Approved)

2007/03/06: Package Left From NVC

2007/03/21: Rec Instructions (Pkt 3)

2007/03/27: Pkt 3 sent to Montreal Consulate

2007/03/28: Pkt 3 rec. @ Montreal Consulate

2007/04/12: Entered into system

2007/04/19: Medical

2007/07/25: Phone call, interview Aug/Sept. Email, at least 6 months for interview

2007/08/01: Phone call, 5-7 months

2007/08/08: Phone call. INTERVIEW

2007/08/16: Interview letter arrives.

2007/09/03: My baby girl leaves for Trent University

2007/09/12: Interview@8:15 APPROVED

2007/09/19: Visa received in hand

Hi,

My husband emailed MTL to see if they've received our Packet 3 for K-3 and here is their reply

"your on the waiting list, it might be another 4-6 mths before a date is booked."

So yea, no good news! =(

IR1 CSC

10/30/06- NOA 1

3/13/07- Approved! :)

3/26/07- received MTL case #

4/23/07- Choice of Agent and AOS Bill generated

4/24/07- Emailed Choice of Agent and Mailed out AOS Bill

4/26/07- NVC confirms Choice of Agent

4/30/07- NVC mails out the IV Bill

5/07/07- Received IV Bill

5/09/07- Mailed out IV Bill & I-864 Package

5/14/07- NVC said they are reviewing the I-864 Package

5/15/07- Mailed out I-864 CoSponsor Package

5/16/07- NVC received IV Bill

5/21/07- NVC generates DS-230, mailed out DS-230

6/01/07- NVC completes case!

8/30/07-- Interview date! Approved

I-129F transfered to CSC

12/26/06- NOA 1

1/17/07- touch

4/25/07- touch

4/26/07- touch

5/3/07- Approved! :)

5/14/07- NVC confirms receiving K-3 Application

5/16/07- NVC mails K-3 Application to Montreal Embassy

I emailed Mtl on Friday July 6th

-I just wanted to confirm that your office has received and begun processing my Packet 3. I mailed it about 2.5 weeks ago..

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Pink Roses, yep, the 4-6 months at least. I'm sure some people here are waiting longer :(

Liz, did you put your MTL# in the subject line? They are probably alittle backed up with July 1st and July 4th being holidays. Must be nice.

I emailed Friday too and got fed up of waiting so I called yesterday afternoon and was told no interview yet. I asked when I was put on the waiting list and she told me Feb 23. So I will hit 5 months with no interview July 23 :) Heres hoping for good news in the next 2 weeks.

Always try to make things SUPER EASY for Mtl.. Don't want their eyes to have any extra strain

Sorry to hear you guys are still waiting for your interview dates :( It seems there's delays every where now. I know Kimmbo is still waiting for her NOA2 and she filed in March :(

I was hoping things would speed up in Montreal starting this month since they aren't doing interviews for the work/school visas. I guess the only way we'll be able to see if there's a change is to wait another few months.

I just looked at the announcement on their site again and they weren't going to stop processing work/school visas for people not residing in Canada until July 9th, which was only two days ago, so maybe they will speed up yet. Hopefully! :)

... at times we wonder if they are paid not to read extra or make an effort?! i used to email them and no replies, so now it's to get calling... worth the 20-30 minutes wait but get to hear from them... anyways, MTL better wake up and schedule some dates, because i will.... oh wait, what can i really do to this guys?! nothing, man we are so dependent on this fellows!!!... :angry:
