I was not arguing as to the efficacy of the vaccine related to reducing the severity of those that are vaccinated.  The discussion was around the ability of those vaccinated catching and spreading Covid.  The study that was referenced (link below) done in the Netherlands was trying to understand if those vaccinated were the source of continued spread.  My main comment was that this study was done back in Aug-Sept 2021 when the Netherlands was in a post spike period (Figure 1).  Since then, the raw number of cases (which was part of their study) have doubled relative to the worst spike the Netherlands have encountered even with 75% of the population fully vaccinated.  My question is will these authors go back and revise their study given the newer data.  It really seems like the study was done with a conclusion already in mind and they were trying to fit the data to match their conclusion.

With 30% of the population still without 1 dose, how can looking at an entire country prove where the spike came from?

As per your Dutch study

"Our results indicate that vaccination confers protection against onward transmission from vaccinated index cases, albeit somewhat less for Delta than for Alpha. Vaccine effectiveness against transmission to unvaccinated household contacts is stronger than to vaccinated household contacts, with the latter already largely protected from infection, and especially from severe disease, by their own vaccine-induced immunity, but differences in risk behavior may also play a role. Possible waning of vaccine effectiveness against infection and against onward transmission could result in increases in SARS-CoV-2 circulation among populations with high vaccine coverage. As full vaccination remains highly effective in preventing severe disease, also for Delta, a high vaccination coverage remains the key to control the COVID-19 pandemic [10]."

Yes interfering with enjoyment of the forum is a kind of catch all Tos violation as are personal insults all of which are open to interpretation.  Not nearly as cut and dried as things like shell accounts and doxing people on social media for things that happen here.

Why do you dox people on social media?  That seems rather a rather strange technique?

Interesting study, I wonder if the authors will go back and revise this study based on the case numbers in the Netherlands since mid-September?

Not sure that the article clarified much.

I posted something similar some weeks ago, which drew few or no comments.

In addition, the name "Comirnaty" is stupid, difficult, and revolting.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hmm, this seems logical, and one does not even have to be a lawyer to understand it.

There are key differences between fully licensed vaccines and those authorized under EUA. EUA products are considered experimental under U.S. law. This means they cannot be mandated, and everyone has the right to refuse such vaccines without consequences.

Hey @Lemonslice, can you re-post the image again please?  And what health facility you received it from?  Our attorney would like to see it.

Called three pharmacies around me today, asking if they have Comirnaty in stock.  One pharmacist didn't know what it was, but when I specified "the FDA-approved drug", she said, oh yes, we have Pfizer.  I said no, not the EUA BioNTech drug called Pfizer, but actual Comirnaty, as in on the label.  Nope, none have it yet.

If the FDA version is actually available to the public it certainly isn't widely available. They sure like to throw around the phrase "FDA approved" even though the FDA approved version isn't widely available if it's available at all. Not saying this is for sure the case but it isn't too difficult to photoshop the document that was presented as evidence that the FDA approved shot is available.

This is why my attorney wants the pic as well as the name of the facility claiming to have Comirnaty.  Might play a part in an upcoming lawsuit.

Why should he share private medical details with your lawyer?

Well, there was no private medical details in the original SS.  But since you asked, for the same reason (s)he shared it with us in the first place.  Obviously has nothing to hide, just pointing out that Comirnaty is available, right?
