Hey!!!! So glad you are able to spend time with your husband right now! Really hoping that you get your approval soon! Once you get through this stage of it everything is so much easier.

Thank you , I’m so happy right now, I can’t even begin to imagine how I’ll feel when I finally get through this stage - it’s so mentally exhausting 😩. Let’s hope some November cases pop up soon 🙏

EXCELLENT.  GREAT.  Glad you able to get hold of emma live agent.   I hope when they mentioned about  "ready for review" ,  they are not telling  "actively reviewing" and that is where most of our cases are.  I hope "ready for review" means something so close to be done.

ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH YOUR HUSBAND.

Yes I thought exactly the same thing- let’s hope it’s different from actively reviewing !!. Nothing has changed on my online account so hopefully it’s different on their system 🤞🏻

Just know that when it goes from being “ready to review” to “review” that it’s in the hands of an adjudicating officer” that was what I was told when I spoke to someone. Praying for you both! Hang in there ♥️♥️

Hi Ladies, I just done the same thing -  tried my luck with Emma who said my case has started to be worked on and is ready for review but unfortunately they don’t have a timeframe for this. I’m currently in the US with my husband and will have to leave in a few weeks, it would make me so happy to have the approval before I leave . Then when I say goodbye to him at the airport. I’ll know then that will be for the last time. It’s get harder every time 😢

Hi, did you have any issues or challenges when you entered the US since you have a pending i-130?

No problems at all, in fact I’ve done it 3 times this year. I’m not actually sure If at the actively reviewing stage the officer even knows about the pending i130. I wonder if it’s only after approval and then when you have submitted the ds260 / the application for the green card that the officers can see anything.

Once I get approved 😂, I’ll stay in the U.K. where I live and do all the consular processing there before I enter the US again. Hopefully next time I enter will be to activate the green card.

The officer does always think it’s strange that my husband lives in the US and I’m in the U.K.. They always make a comment like ‘ hey how does that work then?’. I’d love to tell them that it doesn’t and it’s  no thanks to their crazy immigration system keeping us apart.

That's great to hear, my wife is visiting me during Christmas and she's a bit nervous about being questioned although she has no intent to overstay.

She will be fine. I am always prepared with paperwork showing a return ticket and proof of living in the U.K. like utility bills, bank statements etc, but have never needed it. I have a pattern of entering and leaving again, so that always looks good. They always ask how many days I’m staying for, so I’m always ready with that, no problem at all.

That's good to hear, she's been here before twice already but that was before we filed,; she has some work events internationally already booked, she will bring those confirmations with her in case is she's questioned about this.

GOOD and bit of a bad news for me.  GOT RFE notice today.  They are asking for marriage certificate.  I have clearly submitted online.  It looks like it was not looked at properly.  Prepping to respond to RFE online by tomorrow.  Nothing but scanning the same marriage registration, letter and a coversheet.

NOA1 - Nov 10 2021

REF - Nov 2, 2022

California Service center

OMG that’s amazing news, from what I have been seeing the approval is very quick, almost immediate after documents submitted at RFE. Wow California are doing great this morning, I’ve seen 2 early October approvals too. I must be getting close to the warm zone now too 🙏 . Anyday now my friend you will be able to move on from this stage.

Still crickets in the Potomac Center….

I was really hoping we would all see some approvals before the holiday season arrives. This is extremely frustrating. Let’s hope we see some more action on November cases this week🙏
