I'm with you in the same boat 2nd week of November 2021still witting

Your turn must be soon. I can’t believe how slow these 2021 cases are. I’ve seen people approved from other centres from may- July 2022. It’s just not fair. I’m wishing you all the best of luck that you get your approval any day 🙏

Just noticed that my status went to Actively reviewing the second time. I logged into the USCIS website & noticed the approval in the documents tab! Thank you Jesus!

It's definitely been an emotional roller coaster & Thank you to the entire VJ community here for supporting me on this journey! Raising a ticket to the congressman definitely helped, although it took 2 weeks for them to respond.

PD : 19th Nov, 2021

NOA 1 : 24th Nov, 2021

NOA 2 : 13th Dec, 2022

Thank you again! Wishing others all the best.

Still waiting. I reached out to my congressman a couple of weeks ago and they were able to contact the USCIS office where my case is located. He said that the USCIS record indicates that the Form I-130 petition was recently assigned to an adjudicating officer. His office has notified the officer and their immediate supervisor of your inquiry for their awareness. But, they do not have a timeframe on when the case will be reviewed to completion.

I'm really hoping after the holidays, we hear something. This is taking soooo long. We applied November 4th 2021...

I am with you.. 412 days .. nothing.. reached to congressman, asked husband to contact him again as this is ridiculous. Filed outside processing time form and got canned response about reply within 45 days .. i am seeing that a lot of 2022 applications are being approved.. feels like out applications ended up somewhere in spam/junk folder. 😕

Congratulations 🎉.  That must be such a relief, I know it was for me. Onto NVC now, good luck with the rest of the process.

Congratulations! We're still. I can't believe it's taking sooo long while there were approvals for people that file THIS year.

Yes I agree, it is a broken system for sure. I saw people at other centres get processed before me who were about 7 months after me.  It’s different if they expedited, but many of them hadn’t. We are all in this together and all have our reasons for doing this process which is important and life changing for all of us, it really should be strict date order. Anyway the worse part but over now. Good luck with the rest of it 😊

Hey I’m right here with you. I’m sitting here on my own 4500 miles away from my husband for the second year running. It’s crazy!!, I didn’t think this would span 2 holiday seasons . Hang in there, we have both been approved now so should toast to 2023 being reunited with our loved ones. 🤗
