My fiancé has an interview in Melbourne Aus for the K1visa, I've been working at my new job for 90 days. I make 45,000 a year before passive income. My question is, since I don't have tax documents for my new job, can I use paystubs? I also have a co-sponsor as well, but I make more than them.  Can I include my passive income, if it comes from the military, with the passive income, I would be over 50,000 a year.

Yes, use payslips for your current income.  Do not use a joint sponsor who makes less than you.

Thank you asking this! We to have an interview in Melbourne in December, and I recently got a new job in October. I make more with my new job than my last that puts me above the 125% threshold. Glad to see that pay check stubs are good.
